CBRE APPOINTED ON LONDON HQ SEARCH FOR LEADING WOMEN’S HEALTH BODY

Global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed as the sole agent to act on the acquisition of a new 40,000 sq. ft. – 50,000 sq. ft. freehold HQ for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).

RCOG have realised the value of their long leasehold interest at 27 Sussex Place and will use the proceeds to secure their long term future by acquiring a freehold to develop a new HQ building. The intention is to move into new premises in 2019 when they vacate their current home.

RCOG, whose aim is ‘to set standards to improve women’s health and the clinical practice of obstetrics and gynaecology in the British Isles and across the world’ are seeking a high calibre London HQ with good transport links.

Matthew Prout, London Development, CBRE
We are excited to have been appointed as sole agent in the search for a new and prestigious HQ for RCOG. London offers exciting pockets of development across its 33 boroughs. We are confident that through exploring a variety of viable options we will deliver a new HQ building to meet RCOG’s requirements for future generations.
