CBRE ADVISES THE BEDFORD ESTATES ON TWO NEW LETTINGS

CBRE, the world's leading real estate advisor, together with Edward Charles have advised the Bedford Estates, the largest private landowner in London’s Bloomsbury district on welcoming two new tenants.

TempoCap, a leading technology investment firm and strategic business management consultancy Invennt have leased space at 29B Montague Street. They have taken the recently refurbished Garden and 1st Floors respectively. The commercial Estate is now, once again, fully let.

The Bedford Estates is one of the capital’s landed estates, covering some 30 acres, and includes commercial offices, homes, shops, restaurants and hotels as well as garden squares plus tranquil spaces despite the city centre location. It is part of the holdings of the 15th Duke of Bedford, famous for Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire, which has been the seat of the Russell Family since 1547.

The letting agents for commercial space on The Bedford Estates are CBRE and Edward Charles.

TempoCap was represented by Lonic and Invennt was unrepresented.
