CBRE ADVISES VIRIDIS ON 100,000 SQ FT LETTING TO FRAMESTORE

Global real estate advisors CBRE alongside joint agents Cushman & Wakefield have advised Viridis Real Estate on the letting of its flagship 100,000 sq ft HQ office development to Oscar winning British special effects firm Framestore.

The office development is located at 28 Chancery Lane, in the heart of Midtown, which is fast becoming one of the most exciting commercial districts in the capital.

Framestore, advised by Feiner de Smith, will consolidate its three offices from Soho & Noho into 28 Chancery Lane. Under the terms of the agreement, Framestore has signed a 15 year lease for the whole building, commencing on 24 June 2017.
