CBRE BOLSTERS ITS FLEXIBLE SPACE SOLUTION WITH NEW LONDON HIRES

CBRE, the world's leading real estate advisor has announced new hires in London, further boosting its flexible space solution.

CBRE is committed to evolving with its clients and as such, is enhancing its flexible space solution which seeks to align both investor and occupier strategies. The hires come at a time when the firm is increasingly active in the sector, with a rapidly rising number of flexible spaces secured for its Occupier clients in 2018. CBRE’s recent report, The Flexible Revolution, highlighted the dramatic changes in the way corporate occupiers are approaching their real estate decisions and the subsequent investor opportunities to adapt and respond to these trends.

Michael Glynn joins from Regus, where he was responsible for providing bespoke solutions for a wide range of occupiers. In his new role, Michael will be driving the firm’s flexible acquisition strategy, leveraging his knowledge of the sector and London market to the benefit the firm’s clients.

The second new hire is Nicki Mayle who joins CBRE from serviced office provider i2 Office. In her new role, Nicki will advise occupiers looking for short term flexible solutions and execute license agreements.

Michael Glynn commented: “My expertise in the flexible market will be invaluable as I join the CBRE team and look to grow and develop relationships in a rapidly moving market.”
