CBRE CAPITAL ADVISORS EXPANDS ITS ENERGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM WITH TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS

Jean-Philippe Establier, formerly a Director in M&A Advisory across EMEA at Barclays, has joined CBRE as a Director in the Energy and Infrastructure team led by Pierre Nicoli. Jean-Philippe has over 11 years’ experience as a corporate finance and M&A specialist, involved in deals across the utilities, infrastructure, real estate and telecom industries. Prior to Barclays Jean-Philippe worked at ABN Amro and ING. In addition to core transportation and energy infrastructure, Jean-Philippe will also be focusing on telecom infrastructure and smart city issues.

Stefano Schivo has also joined the team as senior analyst. Prior to CBRE, Stefano worked for two years within the Infrastructure Group EMEA at BNP Paribas led by Pierre Nicoli, where he executed a number of debt and rating advisory mandates.

The appointments come as CBRE Capital Advisors continues to expand its capabilities in the Energy and Infrastructure sector, leveraging its unique expertise in real estate, to offer M&A advisory, debt advisory and consulting services to the Infra-state investor community.
