CBRE SELECTED TO DELIVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO 20 FENCHURCH STREET

CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has been appointed by LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG), to provide property management services at 20 Fenchurch Street.

LKKHPG acquired the building in August 2017 for £1.282bn, signifying the biggest ever single asset deal in UK history.

This iconic asset, designed by Rafael Vinoly, is one of London’s most prestigious buildings, and provides over 700,000 sq ft of modern world class space over 37 floors, with each floor offering panoramic views across the City of London. The building is also home to the Sky Garden, a unique public space landscape garden, including various destination bars and restaurants, attracting visitors from around the globe.

The instruction of CBRE’s Asset Services team complements services already provided to 20 Fenchurch Street by CBRE, including leasing, lease consultancy, valuation, rating, M&E services.

CBRE also advised Landsec on the sale of the building.
