CBRE STRENGTHENS INTERNATIONAL OFFICE LEASING IN EMEA WITH SENIOR HIRE

CBRE today announced that it has hired industry-leading international office market expert Gavin Morgan, to lead and enhance the provision of investor leasing services in EMEA.

Gavin will be based in London with responsibility for leading pan-EMEA Office Investor Leasing. He will work with CBRE experts across EMEA and other global regions, to leverage the company’s extensive network and market knowledge to create opportunities and enhance service delivery for clients across the region.

Gavin joins CBRE after 16 years with JLL where he spent the majority of his career in APAC before relocating to JLL’s Capital Markets team in New York in 2015. As COO and Head of Leasing: Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, he was one the region’s most highly regarded leasing experts and advised many leading local APAC developers and prestigious international occupiers.

CBRE also announced today that Cris Tollast, who has successfully led CBRE’s EMEA Office Leasing and Tenant Rep drive for many years, will be retiring from the company at the end of 2017.
