CBRE STRENGTHENS PLANNING TEAM WITH NEW HIRE

CBRE, the world's leading real estate advisor has appointed Lorraine Hughes as a Senior Director in the UK Planning Team, based in London. Lorraine joins the firm from Turley.

Lorraine specialises in providing commercial planning advice on large and complex central London projects. She has extensive experience advising both private and public sector clients across a range of sectors, advising on all aspects of planning, from appraisals on site potential through to securing permissions and negotiating s106 agreements.

Lorraine has been involved in some of London’s most important projects, including advising Crossrail on optimising the development potential of its Over Site Development Sites across London and advising in relation to the major extension to the Canary Wharf estate.
