Following a competitive tender, global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed to provide a full range of facilities management services for educational publisher Pearson.

The initial contract is for five years with the possibility of extending for a further period. The mandate covers seven locations, including Pearson’s London offices at Strand and High Holborn.

Under the terms of the contract, CBRE will provide the management, operational platforms and the delivery of services over a comprehensive range of hard and soft FM services across Pearson’s UK property portfolio.
