Allen Robinson (CBRE) disposes of Nortel site at Monkstown
Allen Robinson (CBRE) disposed of the Nortel site at Monkstown. It has been confirmed that Nortel has disposed of part of their 33 acre site at Monkstown. As part of a stream lining exercise, 10 acres to include a building of c.100,000 sq.ft. has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
