The catalogue offers 51 lots with an income approaching £4 million per annum, leased to a number of secure covenants including Barclays Bank, Santander, Lloyds TSB Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Whitbread, Sue Ryder, JD Wethersppon, Tesco Stores Ltd and M&Co.
