CB Richard Ellis announces let at 123/145 north street


On behalf of Buccleuch Property, leading property consultant, CB Richard Ellis (Scotland), has announced that it has let the 4,219 ft2 top floor suite of 123/145 North Street, Glasgow, to leading sports scholarship consultancy, First Point USA Ltd.

First Point USA will take the space on a 10-year lease at £13.50 / ft2 and will also take eight car parking spaces at £1,250 per space per annum. The open-plan space will be used to accommodate First Point USA’s expansion from its existing Bath Street premises.
