CB Richard Ellis announces let at 20/22 Torphichen Street, Edinburgh

Leading property consultant, CB Richard Ellis (Scotland), has announced that it has successfully acquired space at 20/22 Torphichen Street, Edinburgh, on behalf of building services engineering consultants, Troup Bywaters & Anders.

Troup Bywaters & Anders has agreed a 10 year lease over 1,614 ft2 of the refurbished double townhouse. This letting forms part of a UK expansion programme for Troup Bywaters & Anders, with the space at Torphichen Street to be used as its new Edinburgh office.

Tim Harper of CB Richard Ellis (Scotland), who acted for Troup Bywaters & Anders, commented: “Although there is currently a shortage of smaller, open plan suites in the market, good quality townhouse accommodation that is well refurbished can meet the demands of modern occupiers.”

Rob Cargill, Partner at Troup Bywaters & Anders, added: “It was important to acquire accommodation which offered the flexibility and profile that we need as an expanding company”.
