CB Richard Ellis celebrates disposal of one million square feet

The CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) North West industrial team is celebrating the disposal of more than one million square feet since the acquisition of Davis George Industrial (DGI).

CBRE acquired DGI six months ago to become the largest industrial team in the North West, working from offices in Liverpool and Manchester. Since [MONTH], the team has worked on a number of significant deals, including the letting of 311,000 sq ft in Trafford Park to TDG, the sale of 171,000 sq ft at Greengate Point, Chadderton to Tetrosyl and the letting of 160,000 sq ft at Centrepoint, Trafford Park to World Freight Centre. Howard George, senior director in CBRE North West’s industrial team, said: “The disposal of one million square feet is a real achievement in such a short period of time and is testament to the commitment and hard work that the team has shown over the past six months.
