CB Richard Ellis Group Continues Expansion with Opening of New Office in Luxembourg

CB Richard Ellis strengthens its presence in the Luxembourg property market with the opening of a new office in the capital city. Headed up by two former DTZ Luxembourg Directors, Gérald Merveille and Laurent Cooreman, the new office will capitalise on an already established foothold in Investment, Retail and Property Management, while also extending the CBRE platform in terms of Agency, Valuation, Corporate Services and Development.

Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Belgium, Nicolas Orts comments on the opening: “This will allow us to follow our clients in this continuously growing property market and assist them with even greater local expertise. Amid the current challenging financial markets, we are very pleased to be able to expand our business even further and to offer our clients more added value and insight than ever before.”

The office formally opened on 1 November and Directors Gérald Merveille et Laurent Cooreman look forward to bringing the benefits of a bigger team and broader service portfolio to their client base: “CB Richard Ellis opens a unique opportunity for us, and we are very happy to be part of their local and global network.”
