CB Richard Ellis strengthens its presence in the Luxembourg property market with the opening of a new office in the capital city. Headed up by two former DTZ Luxembourg Directors, Gérald Merveille and Laurent Cooreman, the new office will capitalise on an already established foothold in Investment, Retail and Property Management, while also extending the CBRE platform in terms of Agency, Valuation, Corporate Services and Development.
