CB Richard Ellis No.1 brokerage firm in Real Estate Forum 100

CB Richard Ellis is the #1 brokerage firm in commercial real estate, according to a new ranking of the industry’s top 100 companies in Real Estate Forum’s November 2007 issue.

According to Real Estate Forum, “Over the past decade, CB Richard Ellis has been responsible for a number of headline-grabbing acquisitions, most notably its 2003 purchase of Insignia Financial Group and last year’s $2.2 billion deal for Trammell Crow Co. Company president and CEO Brett White says acquisitions such as these, as well as its organic growth, have made CBRE what it is today.”

Real Estate Forum identified the top 100 companies in commercial real estate based on a range of statistical information, including number of offices, number of employees, last year’s revenue and projected revenues for 2007.

Real Estate Forum’s coverage of the top 100 companies includes a profile of CBRE.
