Karen Gouyn Stook has been appointed Director Communications and New Business of CB Richard Ellis. With this appointment the real estate advisor expands its Corporate Communications department with activities in the field of client management and new business.

Karen Gouyn Stook, coming from Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs, was from her start in 2000 responsible for starting up the Marketing and Acquisition department. When Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs became part of CB Richard Ellis in 2006, Karen found a new challenge in forming the Corporate Communications team. The last three years this team has grown to 6 employees under her management. Their daily focus is on corporate marketing & advertising, public relations, property marketing, event coordination, internal communication and sales support.

Christine van Muiswinkel has been attracted as Marketing Manager. Since 1996 she has been active in various marketing (communication) positions. The last four years Christine managed interim marketing and communication projects on a freelance basis. She will be responsible for the daily management of the CC team.

CB Richard Ellis Corporate Communications is designed for an efficient and close cooperation with the service lines of CBRE, in order to add optimal value for the clients and the organization.
