Dubai, December 3, 2006: CB Richard Ellis, the global leading property advisory, will assist investors in identifying investment opportunities in the Middle East real estate market at Cityscape 2006, the largest property and development exhibition and conference to be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Center from December 4 to 6.
