London, 24 November 2009 – CB Richard Ellis’ Retail team has been named “Retail Consultant of the Year” at the 2009 MAPIC Awards, announced during the international retail real estate event, MAPIC, held annually in Cannes, France.

CBRE faced strong competition from other short-listed consultants – Jones Lang LaSalle and Eurelia – to claim the annual award, which recognises excellence and professionalism in key players within the retail real estate sector.
