CBRE MAKES NEW APPOINTMENTS TO HEALTHCARE TEAM

Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced a series of new appointments to its healthcare team.

Sam Wright has joined the firm from Knight Frank. In his new role, Sam will coordinate the firm’s healthcare banking advisory business which has 10 professionals providing valuation services to operators and lenders across the country.

Dr. Nadine Upton has joined the team as an Analyst, where she will be working with the Valuation and Advisory teams on developing their benchmarking and market analytic systems. Nadine has a background in research and a PhD from King’s College London.

Emily Martyn has joined the healthcare team as an Analyst, working with the Valuation and Agency services. She joins from PWC and brings with her a vast array of experience in data analytics and modelling.

The CBRE healthcare team is the largest in the UK, advising on over c. £10bn of assets in 2016.
