CBRE ADVISES EPIRIS ON THE SALE OF PINE UNIT TRUST
Global real estate advisor CBRE has advised Epiris on the sale of PINE Unit Trust (“PINE”), a freehold investment property portfolio focused on the UK educational sector, to Universities Superannuation Scheme (“USS”) for £95 million (NIY 6.00%).
The portfolio consists of 32 children’s day nurseries leased to Busy Bees, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Treetops, and Bertram; and a specialist educational needs facility leased to Priory Group.
