CBRE ADVISES LINKCITY, MEMBER OF BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION, ON €500M CENTRAL EUROPE LOGISTICS JV
Bouygues enters strategic partnership with Cromwell Property Group
The world’s leading real estate advisor, CBRE, has advised Linkcity, member of Bouygues Construction, on a strategic partnership with Cromwell Property Group to invest in a Central Europe logistics portfolio with a targeted GAV of €500 million.
Assets comprising more than 25% of the total portfolio have already been identified in locations across Central and Eastern Europe, and the joint partners will be responsible for the continued development, design and construction of the portfolio as well as the investment funding and asset management.
