CBRE Advises The Massage Company on its new centre in High Wycombe
CBRE has acquired a new centre on behalf of The Massage Company (TMC) in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The new 3,800 sq ft centre in Castle Street, High Wycombe, is The Massage Company’s third franchisee location and demonstrates its continued expansion and growth plans across the UK.
The new store will operate under a franchise agreement on a 10-year lease. It will comprise 13 treatment rooms, and offer a wide range of Swedish, deep tissue, sports and maternity massage treatments. The centre is due to open in March 2019.
TMC was founded by Charlie Thompson and Elliot Walker, and opened its first centre in Camberley, Surrey in March 2016. The company is now expanding nationwide under a franchisee model. Mark Coldham will be the lessee of the new centre in High Wycombe.
As the Wellness industry continues to grow, there will be significant opportunity for TMC to expand and we look forward to advising them on their UK expansion strategy.
