CBRE appointed as sole agents on premium office development 2 Soho Place

Global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed to market Sir Lloyd Dorfman’s new premium office development, 2 Soho Place.

The building, known anecdotally as ‘Soho Skygardens’ sits above London’s newest Nimax Theatre (the first purpose built in West End for over 50 years), offering c. 18,400 sq ft of luxury office space across 3 podium floors. Each floor is complete with its own unique sky garden. The light filled building enjoys panoramic views across London whilst also housing a unique feature in Central London’s largest office passenger lift; a 52 person ‘Super Lift’, alongside an additional 12 person passenger lift serving the floors.

The building is conveniently located in what is one of the capital’s most strategic locations, directly above Tottenham Court Road Crossrail and London Underground Station and only minutes from Covent Garden and Oxford Circus.

David Wilson, Director, CBRE Investor Leasing comments: “Soho Skygardens is one of the highest quality and frankly most exciting, new developments to come to market in recent months. Following almost 12 months of research, we believe the building delivers exactly what is being demanded by occupiers in a post-COVID return of the workforce. As the office market begins to heat up again, we anticipate strong demand from occupiers looking to benefit from the superb building amenities and highly strategic central location.”

The building is expected to complete in Q4 2021.
