CBRE appointed to advise on the funding and delivery strategy for 18 Blackfriars Road scheme

Black Pearl Limited has appointed CBRE to advise on funding and delivery options for 18 Blackfriars Road, a mixed-use development scheme with planning consent in a prime position on London’s Southbank.

The project has an expected GDV of circa £1bn, making it one of the most valuable development opportunities in the UK. Designed by WilkinsonEyre and Brisac Gonzales architects, the mixed-use development will comprise five main buildings including a 53-storey residential and hotel tower and a 31-storey office building.

It is also one of the last major development sites on London’s Southbank, which has become one of the capital’s most vibrant and sought-after submarkets in recent months.
