Martin Guest to take up position as UK Head of Public Sector and Tom Morris to step in as new Managing Director for the Midlands & South region.

Guest has worked at CBRE for over 25 years and leaves his role as Managing Director for Midlands & South to take on the leadership of the public sector team. Guest will lead a team of public sector experts across the UK to further capitalise on the opportunities the sector presents.

Morris has worked at CBRE for almost 15 years, most recently as Head of CBRE’s Bristol office. As Managing Director of the Midlands & South region, Morris will be responsible for the overall management, strategic direction and growth of the business across CBRE's offices in Birmingham, Bristol and Southampton, overseeing a team of 150 professional staff.
