Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of John Coddington as Head of Residential for the firm’s Property Management team.

John joins CBRE from Lendlease, where as an Asset Manager he had overall responsibility for the management of the completed phases of London development, Elephant Park. Prior to this role he held estates management roles at both St. George and Braemar Estates in London.

David Fogarty, Executive Managing Director, UK Property Management at CBRE said: “John will be using his extensive experience, gained over 15 years on both the client and agent side to ensure that we continue to offer service excellence to our clients and occupiers, while enhancing our specialist offering across the residential sector.”
