Prior to LandSec, Kaela spent six years in office agency at JLL in London focused on large scale office developments, having started her career with CBRE in Canada leasing retail warehouse parks and shopping centres.

Throughout her career, Kaela has been a highly respected role model and agent for change for diversity and inclusion. She was appointed Managing Director of Real Estate Balance in 2018 and has worked with CEOs and leaders across the property sector to increase the number of women in senior positions and to help achieve gender balance and inclusive cultures across the real estate industry.
