CBRE appoints new Executive Managing Director of Russia

Moscow, 14 October 2011 – CBRE today announced that Alexander Polenok has been appointed as Executive Managing Director of the company’s Russian business. The company also announced that Natalia Yakimenko has been named as Deputy Managing Director of CBRE Russia.

Alexander brings to CBRE significant financial and professional services experience, joining from Russia-based international banking and finance company, VTB Group, where he has been CEO of their VTB Factoring business. Prior to that, Alexander spent more than three years at McKinsey & Company and has a range of previous experience in international investment projects and companies. Alexander will take up leadership of the Russian business with immediate effect.

Darrell Stanaford, Managing Director of CBRE Russia, will move into the role of Senior Advisor to CBRE’s Russian Board.

Natalia Yakimenko has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director. Natalia has been with CBRE for more than 10 years and is also Director of Property Management and Project Management.
