CBRE appoints new head of Global Corporate Services in Germany

Frankfurt/London, 11 October 2011 – CBRE has appointed Prof. Dr. Alexander v. Erdely as Head of its Global Corporate Services team in Germany.

Alex joined CBRE in 2007 as Head of Building Consultancy, Germany and, in the ensuing four years, has advised a number of CBRE’s corporate clients. Alex has also played a pivotal role in driving further business expansion across Germany.

He has over 15 years of real estate experience, having spent seven years at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen Real Estate. Prior to joining Ernst & Young Alex held several senior roles for international project management and real estate advisory companies.

His experience encompasses strategic and operational consulting, programme and project management, portfolio and facility management and consultancy in both national and international projects.

Alex will lead the team to continue to advise a full spectrum of corporate occupiers in Germany. Advising clients on their real estate portfolios to reflect changing business needs, CBRE is uniquely positioned to draw on expertise at both a local and international level.
