CBRE appoints Real Estate Investment Banking Director in Ireland

Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Christian Judd as a Director in its Capital Advisors team in Ireland. He will provide clients with holistic real estate corporate finance advice, working closely with CBRE’s EMEA Real Estate Investment Banking and Equity teams within Capital Advisors.

Christian has over 10 years of experience in real estate corporate finance, including M&A, capital raising, debt advisory and restructuring. He joins from Federated Hermes International where he was responsible for real estate corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, financings, creating new joint ventures and corporate restructurings for key clients including the BT Pension Scheme and CPPIB. Prior to that he was in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team at EY, working on complex real estate transactions across a variety of sectors.

Based in Dublin, Christian will be part of the Irish Capital Advisors team, led by Andy Tallon but working closely with the wider EMEA Real Estate Investment Banking team, led by Tim Ryan, to leverage the full scale of CBRE’s Capital Advisors platform in Ireland.
