CBRE appoints Tom Mudd to lead its Affordable Housing Valuation service

CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services has appointed Tom Mudd as a Senior Director to lead its expanding affordable housing valuation service. Tom will be working with investors, housing associations and banks, and build upon existing and new market participants.

Tom will join from Montagu Evans, where he was a Partner specialising in providing affordable housing consultancy advice, and worked with both public and private sector clients.

CBRE's affordable housing group advises clients on the evolution of the affordable housing sector, including development, finance and strategic partnerships, policy and planning, and valuation.
