Our next commercial auction is taking place on Wednesday 4th December at the Millennium Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London W1K 2HP. The sale will commence at 2pm.

A number of lots have had a change in Guide Price. To view our up to date guide prices along with lots that have been sold prior or withdrawn prior, please click here. A number of lots will also have an addendum, details of which can be found on our dedicated auction website.

If you are unable to attend the auction, please note you can also bid by telephone or proxy. By clicking on the highlighted forms you can download the telephone and proxy bidding form. Please also ensure that the Memorandum of Agreement, Special Conditions of Sale, deposit cheque and identification requirements are returned using Special Delivery to arrive at our offices no later than Tuesday, 3rd December.

We will be accepting instructions up until Friday 24th January and would be only too happy to discuss the best marketing strategy on any properties you may be considering for sale.
