CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) has signed a new 5 year partnership agreement to provide Integrated Facility Management services to NKT, a global market-leading supplier of turnkey AC/DC cable solutions and covering all major cable sectors from onshore to offshore and from low-voltage to high-voltage plus service and accessories, headquartered in Denmark.

Having worked together since 2015 across 9 countries, this new contract will ensure collaboration, cost leadership and sustainability across NKT’s sites.

CBRE GWS will deliver a broad range of services comprising of Real Estate Management, Project Management and Facilities Management. In total 36 different FM services will be delivered as part of the contract with NKT covering 420,000 sqm of offices, warehouses and production sites.

NKT is one of CBRE’s Global Corporate Clients and will benefit from CBRE’s global scale, with the provision of services across Global Real Estate advisory and Transaction Management, Operational Excellence in Facilities Management and Supply Chain Management, all centered around a strong Technology platform.
