London, 14 December 2009 — CB Richard Ellis continues to grow its UK Property and Asset Management Team with the announcement of two key senior appointments.

Alex Sharpe, has joined as Operations Director to manage the retail portfolio for St Martin’s Group, consisting of five shopping centres and three retail parks. Alex was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle where she managed the Kingfisher Centre in Redditch on behalf of Scottish Widows.

Vince Shiels also joins the team as Associate Director, Shopping Centre Property and Asset Management, to lead the 250 strong site and regional facilities managers group across CBRE’s managed portfolio of 4,700 properties and 14,000 tenants. As well as the day to day operational focus, Vince will concentrate on service delivery and creating and maintaining positive relationships with client’s customers. He previously worked for Brixton’s B-Serv, where he was Operations Director - Customer Service.
