CBRE BOOSTS LONDON CAPITAL MARKETS TEAM WITH TWO SENIOR HIRES
Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has hired market-leading investment agents Richard Garside and James Hiatt from BNP Paribas Real Estate. Richard Garside, who is currently head of City Investment at BNP Paribas Real Estate, joins as an Executive Director and James Hiatt who is currently a Director, joins as a Senior Director in CBRE’s City Investment team.
Both Richard and James are experienced agents with exceptional track records in the market. Over the past four years in the City Investment team at BNP Paribas Real Estate, they have advised on a several notable transactions for a range of REITs, sovereign wealth funds and both private and institutional investors. Richard was previously Head of City Investment at GVA Property Consultancy.
Richard and James have the expertise, experience and client relationships which complement our existing strong team and will further enhance our ability to provide a best-in-class service to our clients and add real value to our London capital markets business.
