Sheffield, 25 October 2010 – Acting on behalf of GE Capital Real Estate, the Industrial Agency team at CB Richard Ellis in Sheffield has completed the sale of unit P22 at Quest Park in Doncaster to Mawdsley-Brooks & Co.

The Pharmaceutical Wholesaler has purchased the new, high specification 22,443sq ft office and warehouse unit. It will be operated by its specialist pharmaceutical services division which provides innovative logistics and supply solutions for hospitals, pharmacy and other healthcare professionals. The Quest Park office, industrial and warehouse development is strategically located on Wheatley Hall Road, providing excellent access to both into Doncaster town centre and onto the M18 and the M1 Motorways.
