CBRE DATA CENTRE SOLUTIONS BECOMES FOUNDING PARTNER OF INFRASTRUCTURE MASONS ITALY CHAPTER

Business Unit Director Riccardo Degli Effetti Leads CBRE’s Efforts As Chapter Co-Founder

CBRE Data Centre Solutions, a leading data centre advisory and operations services provider, today announces its participation as a founding partner of the Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) Italy Chapter, a non-profit professional association for the digital infrastructure industry. As a founding partner, CBRE will provide iMasons with industry leadership insights and talent resources in support of iMasons’ educational, networking and industry-supporting donation programs. In addition, CBRE Business Unit Director, Riccardo Degli Effetti, will lead this partnership on behalf of CBRE as chapter co-founder, providing operational best practices and thought leadership for the organization as it grows and develops.

With CBRE and iMasons joining forces, we hope to bridge the gap and increase the interest of young people into the industry to ensure the digital infrastructure, upon which our society relies so heavily, is supported and grown by competent and enthusiastic professionals.”

Along with CBRE Data Centre Solutions, founding partners also include Vertiv Co., led by EMEA President Giodano Albertazzi. CBRE and Vertiv will collaborate with leaders across the data centre industry to deliver the iMasons’ mission.

Infrastructure Masons was founded in the United States, however, the organisation has gained significant momentum in EMEA through the formation of iM Local Chapters.
