CBRE grows its Covent Garden office, strengthening its Midtown, Southbank and CreativeLondon offer

Rebecca Archer and Niall Ingham have joined the CBRE Covent Garden office, based in Bow Street, which concentrates on the Midtown, Southbank and CreativeLondon office leasing markets.

Rebecca moves from the City, where she has been based for 16 years, to capture the growing trend of occupiers’ becoming geographically more agile. As a Senior Director, Rebecca has over 21 years of leasing experience in Central London, working with numerous landlords including CBREGI and Westfield.

Niall joins CBRE from Grainger PLC to focus on leasing in CBRE’s CreativeLondon Team, a cross service line initiative providing best advice to landlords, investors and occupiers in London’s Tech sectors and emerging markets.

Dan Hanmer, Senior Director, Central London Leasing
The Covent Garden office is instrumental in driving our CreativeLondon initiative and some of the most dynamic developments are taking place in the Midtown, Southbank and the CreativeLondon markets which is why we’re so excited to be growing our team at every level.

Niall has spent four years working with tech industries on the Landlord side, and with our forthcoming sponsorship of the Digital Shoreditch Festival, from 11-24 May, and recent new business success, his hire comes at an exciting period for the team. Rebecca and Niall’s knowledge and in depth understanding of the market will strengthen our ability to offer a uniquely connected Central London service to clients.
