CBRE GWS Reappointed to Deliver Total Facilities Management at the Royal College of Physicians Regent’s Park Headquarters

RCP St Andrews Place

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has reappointed CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) to provide total facilities management (FM) at their St Andrew’s Place Headquarters in Regent’s Park. Under this reappointment, CBRE GWS will deliver total FM for RCP at their Grade I listed HQ, covering mechanical and electrical services, cleaning, security, and event logistics.

Founded in 1518 by a Royal Charter from King Henry VIII, the RCP is the professional membership body for physicians, with over 33,000 members and fellows both in the UK and across the globe.

In addition, CBRE GWS has been newly appointed to deliver hard and soft FM services to RCP's recently opened Northern Headquarters in Liverpool, The Spine, a 140,000 sq ft Clinical Centre of Excellence, encompassing a state-of-the-art assessment centre and educational facilities.

We are delighted to continue our partnership with the Royal College of Physicians. This reappointment at St Andrew’s Place and further appointment at The Spine is testament to the relationship our organisations have built and nurtured. It is a relationship built on respect, integrity, and mutual trust that we look forward to continuing.

Pete Belmore, Managing Director, CBRE GWS

The Royal College of Physicians has enjoyed a long strategic partnership with CBRE, not only in the provision of FM services in our Grade I listed estate in Regent’s Park, London, but more recently, in the development of the iconic Spine building in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter. CBRE’s expertise in FM services, project delivery, and asset management has helped keep our London estate compliant and attractive for staff and visitors, ensuring it remains a desired destination for conferences and events.
