A small property was sold before the summer and on the 3rd of November the property Tegelstenen 75 in Södertälje was sold to Brf Glasyrstigen for SEK 65 million, which corresponds to a yield around 5 %.

CBRE now beguines the work to sell additional 120 apartments in Telge Bostäders property stock to tenant-owner-associations.
