CBRE hires Capital Markets expert to focus on Private Equity clients
Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Mike Rowlands as an Executive Director in its National Investment team.
Mike joins from Hollis Hockley, where he has been since 2020. Prior to this, Mike was at BNP Paribas and Strutt and Parker, where he was Co-Head of Investment and prior to that, Head of Retail. He has over 30 years of industry experience and brings with him deep connections across all aspects of capital markets.
In his new role, Mike will be largely sector agnostic, working across the UK, with a primary focus on developing client relationships and new business opportunities. He will be working closely with Adrian McStay, Head of National Markets, James Delliere, Head of National Office Investment and Rhodri Davies, Head of Retail.
