CBRE Instructed on Prime Motorway Service Area Asset in Hertfordshire

Global real estate advisor CBRE has been instructed to seek offers on the prime Motorway Service Area (MSA) infrastructure asset, South Mimms Services in Hertfordshire. Offers are being sought in excess of £30 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 5%.

South Mimms Services is a well-established MSA, situated at the intersection of Junction 23 of the M25 and Junction 1 of the A1 (M) The property was constructed in 1987 as one of the first MSAs on the M25 and is currently operated by Welcome Break, for a further 14 years with a long term highly reversionary rental position.
