CBRE, the world’s leading global real estate advisor, has appointed James Polson as a Director in the UK Industrial Tenant Representation team.

James joins CBRE from Lambert Smith Hampton, having previously spent 11 years at Cushman & Wakefield. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a significant client base within the industrial occupier sector.

CBRE’s UK Industrial Tenant Representation team is a new offering, dedicated to providing occupiers with market leading insight and access within the industrial and logistics sectors. The team offers a holistic range of services from acquisitions, through to strategic portfolio advice and site planning.
