CBRE NI helps make NOW Group’s vision become a reality
Don Bannister and the whole team have been incredibly supportive of NOW Group’s vision from the outset, and have provided practical support in making it become a reality.
CBRE Northern Ireland’s Building Consultancy department has recently completed another successful fit-out scheme for Glendinning McLeish & Co Ltd, which included the demolition, extension and alteration to the ground floor of Glendinning House in Belfast city centre.
Fiona Martyn, Senior Project Manager, CBRE Building Consultancy said:
“CBRE has managed several maintenance projects and fit-out works for Glendinning McLeish & Co Ltd over the last few years, and we are delighted to have been engaged on another project.
"The reception and common areas of Glendinning House had undergone a complete overhaul last year under the Design and Management of CBRE Building Consultancy."
The NOW Group fit-out was thoughtfully designed by Interior Designer Gerry Can Design and managed by CBRE. The scheme was completed within 10 weeks. Upon completion of the fit-out, NOW Group commented:
“We are all delighted to be based in Belfast city centre, allowing us to expand our reach and impact the lives of more participants.
“NOW is a social enterprise that supports people with learning difficulties and autism in securing jobs with a real future. Until now, we had been spread across various sites, so we are looking forward to having one base in the heart of the city.
"Our new headquarters are bright, airy, modern and open-plan, which is allowing us to explore new and modern ways of working going forward."
