CBRE Russia reinforces its Global Corporate Services team

Victoria Danchenko Joined CBRE as a Director in the Global Corporate Services Department

Moscow, 31 October 2014 – CBRE, a global property advisor, announces the appointment of Victoria Danchenko as a Director in the Global Corporate Services Department. Victoria will reinforce CBRE’s account-management platform working in tight co-operation with the top management of this platform in London, offering the key clients best solutions in commercial real estate in several directions.

Victoria Danchenko has an extensive 10-year professional experience in commercial real estate market. She started her career in JSC CITY (management company for the Moscow-City projects) and Mosinveststroy. Prior to CBRE Victoria worked at Jones Lang LaSalle for more than 9 years starting her career in the position of a Consultant in Office Agency Department and in 2008 Victoria continued her career with JLL in Tenant Representation Department where, in the role of Associate Director, she was responsible for strategic consulting to large Russian and international clients and closed a number of lease and purchase deals. The total volume of the transactions where Victoria participated is over 200,000 sq m. Among Victoria’s clients were such major companies, like Pfizer, IBM, Deutsche Bank, Alcatel- Lucent, Cisco, Morgan Stanley, SAP.

Victoria Danchenko graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations with specialization in International Relations. Victoria is also a certified specialist of CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
