CBRE STRENGTHENS EMEA OCCUPIER SERVICES TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF KATE MCMURTRIE

Global real estate advisor CBRE has today announced the appointment of Kate McMurtrie as an Executive Director within its EMEA Advisory & Transaction (A&T) management team. Kate will have responsibility for business development and key occupier client accounts across the EMEA region with a specific focus on growing and expanding CBRE’s unrivalled occupier service offerings in Russia, CEE and Switzerland. Kate will be based in CBRE’s Moscow office.

Kate is joining CBRE having spent nearly 10 years with JLL where she was most recently Regional Director, Head of Corporate Solutions, Russia & CIS. Kate has had a successful career spanning 20 years leading corporate occupier relationships, real estate transactions and advisory services across multiple geographies such as the UK, France, China and Russia.

In her new role with CBRE, Kate will report to the Head of A&T EMEA, Alfonso Galobart Marone and will be a member of the leadership team responsible for delivering the full range of CBRE’s integrated occupier services to clients across EMEA region.
