CBRE STRENGTHENS INTERNATIONAL OFFICE TENANT REP TEAM IN EMEA WITH APPOINTMENT OF PETER VICTOR

CBRE today announced that it has hired international office market expert Peter Victor, to lead its Tenant Representation and Acquisition services for occupier clients across the EMEA region. Peter Victor is joining CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield in London where for the past 10 years he led the group’s EMEA cross-border Tenant Rep and Agency Leasing activities.

This latest significant hire follows the recent announcement, that Gavin Morgan is to join CBRE after 16 years with JLL to lead Investor Office Leasing in EMEA.

Peter will be based in London with responsibility for leading CBRE’s pan-EMEA Occupier Acquisitions/Tenant Representation. He will work closely with Gavin Morgan and with CBRE's local market experts across EMEA and in APAC and the US to enhance global connectivity to secure the best opportunities for clients by leveraging the company’s extensive global network and market knowledge.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Peter was also responsible for relationship management and service delivery oversight for a number of global clients and was instrumental in connecting teams across the world to execute major occupier requirements. Previously, Peter was Vice President and Regional Leasing Director with Boston Properties in San Francisco and latterly with Cushman & Wakefield, before moving to London in 2007.

Martin Samworth, CEO of CBRE in EMEA
Peter has an excellent track record in advising some of the world’s largest corporations and has proven expertise in coordinating teams across multiple markets to secure and execute the best opportunities for major occupier clients. Peter’s contacts and expertise in office tenant rep perfectly complement Gavin Morgan’s international investor leasing experience and together, they will significantly further strengthen our ability to harness the full power of our teams around the world in using their market knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
