CBRE STRENGTHENS LEEDS VALUATION TEAM

Sam Richardson Lands Graduate Surveyor Role in Leeds Office

CBRE in Leeds has appointed Sam Richardson as a Graduate Surveyor to strengthen its growing Valuation team.

Sam joined CBRE’s Leeds division in September 2017 on the property firm’s graduate training scheme following completion of a Masters degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University Prior to this, Sam completed a BA Honours degree in Geography and Planning, at Newcastle University.

Sam also brings some planning experience, having spent more than a year as a full time planner with DLP Planning Ltd.

CBRE's Valuation team is headed up by Senior Director, Michael Porter and as part of his new role, Sam will work closely with Mike Jones, Danny Latimer, Michael Goodwin, Lloyd Nicholson, Alison Wright, Jamie Gellert and the team on a number of projects across the industrial, retail and office sectors.

CBRE’s Leeds Valuation team holds a number of high profile instructions across the north and has secured some of the region’s most significant deals, including the valuation of Bridgewater Place and development land at Thorpe Park, a 218 acre site to include office, retail and leisure uses.
