CBRE STRENGTHENS RESTAURANT & LEISURE OFFERING WITH KEY HIRES

CBRE has announced the appointed of leisure specialist Mark Calder as a director to its Central London retail team as it continues to bolster its restaurant and leisure offer.

Calder joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he led the central London restaurant and leisure team, prior to this he worked for Restaurant Property. Mark brings with him over 10 years of experience in the leisure sector and has advised clients such as The Portman Estate, Aberdeen Standard, the Berkeley Group and CBRE Global Investors.

In his new role at CBRE Mark will be responsible for leading the leisure team and will focus on strengthening CBRE’s leisure expertise in London. He will work with landlords and occupiers to provide strategic advice on new lettings and developments.

In addition, Katie Adkins has joined CBRE’s Specialist Markets team to focus on Pubs and Leisure. Katie joins from AG&G where she spent over four years primarily working on restaurant disposals and advisory projects. She will work from the London office linking up with her expert colleagues throughout the UK to provide advice to both landlords and operators.
